Blueberry & almond protein French toast
ingredients —
French toast:
2 slices of whole meal bread (Gluten free optional)
1x large egg
2 tbsp EMIKA Vanilla plant protein
Dash of almond milk
Cinnamon
Coconut oil spray (for the pan)
method —
•Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Dip the bread into the mixture and add to a medium heated pan and cook on both side until desired.
Toppings
160g high protein vanilla yoghurt (can sub for coconut)
Blueberries
Flaked almonds
Maple syrup
