Shipping FAQ

Q: Where do you deliver?

Currently, only Australia Wide.


Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

Express Shipping: 2-8 business days after dispatch.

Standard Shipping: 3-21 business days after dispatch.


Q:  When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 12pm  (AEST) Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


Q: Do I get shipping confirmation and a tracking number? 

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team on hello@emikacollective.com. Be sure to check your spam folder too!


Q: How much is delivery?

Domestic Australian: For orders under $80, standard shipping is $10 and express shipping $15. 

For orders over $80 we provide free standard shipping with an option of adding express shipping for $15.

 

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

Not yet! But we hope to soon! Subscribe to make sure you are the first to know when we do!


Q: What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.


Q: Can I collect from the EMIKA warehouse?

We’d love you to! Kingaroy Qld 4610. Please email hello@emikacollective.com or DM us on Instagram to arrange. We accept cash only for walk-in customers.
