One really simple way to include more protein is add it to your milk for breakfast!
Then you can easily add this into your oats, weetbix or any cereal!
2 x weetbix (gluten free optional)
35g EMIKA Cocoa premium plant protein
200ml almond milk
10g flaked almonds
10g chocolate chips
1 tsp honey
1. Add milk & cocoa plant protein into a shaker to mix.
2. Add weetbix to bowl & pour protein shake ontop.
3. Add toppings - flaked almonds, chocolate chips & honey.
