ingredientsâ
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup Cocoa plant protein powder
1/3 cup Cacao powder (or extra plant protein for extra protein boost)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
a pinch of salt
methodâ
â˘Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a bowl & mix
â˘Pour into a pot on the stove for about 30 seconds or until just melted.
â˘Take off the heat and add chocolate chips and stir until just combined
â˘Pour into a tray, swirl peanut butter & freeze for 30mins.
