No bake - Gluten Free Peanut Butter Choc Fudge Slice

If you’re looking for something this week to curb that chocolate craving, this mouth watering protein slice is sure to boost your afternoon mood 😋

Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Refined Sugar Free ✨

ingredients—
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup Cocoa plant protein powder
1/3 cup Cacao powder (or extra plant protein for extra protein boost)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
a pinch of salt

method—
•Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a bowl & mix
•Pour into a pot on the stove for about 30 seconds or until just melted.
•Take off the heat and add chocolate chips and stir until just combined
•Pour into a tray, swirl peanut butter & freeze for 30mins.
